How does the order process work?

The way from the online shop to your home at the door! At Altendorf Group Onlineshop, you can order easily and quickly in just 5 easy steps from home.

Step 1: Please select the desired article

The articles are divided into different categories. These can be found as a dropdown menu under the machine types or in the left menu bar. When you click on an article, a detailed picture with description will appear on your screen. You can also use the search function in the upper right corner of the webshop. Enter an article description or a search term in the input field and click on "Search". The results will now appear on your screen. Once you have found the article of your choice, enter the desired number and click on the "Add to cart" button. So you can collect the desired items without obligation in your virtual shopping cart. Click on "Shopping cart" in the top right corner so that you can view it at any time.

Step 2: Cart

In the shopping cart you can change or delete your selected items and the quantity through the checkboxes. If you are satisfied with your shopping cart, please click on the "Checkout" button.

Your personal information:

For the shopping cart we need your personal data in the next step. Click on "Log in" if you already have a customer account with us. Then enter your e-mail address and password and click "Login". If you do not have a customer account with us yet, click on "Create account" and enter the required data in the fields. Then please click on "Create an account".

Step 3: Ship

In your user account, you can create both a standard billing address and a standard shipping address. You can change your default addresses at any time. Please select a shipping method.

Step 4: Your payment

Please select a payment method from the available selection.

Step 4: Order

The order summary contains all the detail information about your selected items and shipping information, billing information, payment method, etc. Please review this information again and then click "Order Paid". Afterwards you receive from us an automatically generated acknowledgment of receipt by E-Mail, which shows once again all your data, as well as your purchase with us. This receipt confirms that your order has arrived.

Step 5: Delivery

Within Germany, the orders are delivered in 2-3 business days. For orders that are delivered by forwarding or go abroad, we need a little longer.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order value in the Altendorf Group Onlineshop.
